Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.battlegroundfarm.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days during normal operation.  During holidays, we ship from 7-10 business days.  Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. 

Lost Packages & Claims: 

BattleGround Brands, LLC (BattleGround Farm) will not be held responsible for lost packages from USPS, UPS, DHL or any other carrier.   If your package is lost, you'll need submit a claim with these carriers.
